EGM interviews Nintendo's Reggie
Doubtful that a camera and microphone will be a big unveiling, but anything is better than the continued ON speculation that just never seems to go away.

S-a-a-y! Didn't we see him at Olduvai Gorge cracking animal bones on rocks around 5,000,000 B.C.??
Grammar Cop #34 @ Feb 6th 2006 9:45AM
Dude. It;s 'alluded' in this case. 'Eludeded' means 'avoided' or 'escaped.'
'Alluded' means 'hinted at.'
Grammar Police, over and out.
Blizz419 @ Feb 6th 2006 9:53AM
ya i hate that "ON" speculation it drives me nuts that people can actually believe that still.
KilgoreTrout XL @ Feb 6th 2006 10:02AM
Wow. so..... informative.
I don't know if I would have printed that interview if I was EGM. Make him give you something. You know the company appreciates the free publicity.
Vagabond Artist @ Feb 6th 2006 10:18AM
I hope Sony dishes a crapload of news soon so Nintendo has to counter with some news....
it would be nice to have SOME KIND OF NEWS from ONE of these companies at least...
Why don't they ask him the tough questions a la Peter Moore... IE- Where is Zelda: Twilight Princess?
chris @ Feb 6th 2006 10:25AM
It's at Nintendo HQ being perfected instead of rushed.
oz @ Feb 6th 2006 10:28AM
And as so many times before REG,we still don't know exactly what the hell you are talking about, but I'm quite sure that there will be many out there that will be anxiously awaiting your next big revelation.
Probot @ Feb 6th 2006 10:29AM
In short:
EGM: How awesome is your console?
Reggie: So awesome.

God that guy is an ugly c@nt
Blizz419 @ Feb 6th 2006 10:43AM
agrees with chris, rushed games are no good, i'd rather wait for perfection than the opposite
Vagabond Artist @ Feb 6th 2006 10:51AM
Probot: exactly.

A.K.A.
Online will suck. If it's going to be ANYTHING like their last few online blunders (ACWW and MKDS), Revolution's online will officially suck.
I swear if friend codes come into play...
Tiremfej @ Feb 6th 2006 11:50AM
Nintendo has always said online isn't the future of games.....now it is? Strange but true.
AJ @ Feb 6th 2006 12:01PM
Funny thing is; the ON concept is totally possible with the Revolution.
Probot @ Feb 6th 2006 12:08PM
@Tiremfej,
No, Nitnendo said they'll wait and see. They waited and saw Xbox Live take off. So now they're getting into it.
@13, Kevin
I don't have a problem with friend codes. I don't expect a deep online system for a handheld, especially when it's the first online game from a company that has never really done online before.
They know that people don't like freind codes, and they've said they are trying to work around the different-code-for-different-game thing on the DS, so I doubt they'll be used with the Rev. But if it's between Xbox Live and DS WFC, then of course he's going to say DS.
Blizz419 @ Feb 6th 2006 12:12PM
Tiremfej Nintendo was the first to ever do online games, of course that was only in japan, but still.

My god is that one ugly yeti.
